The Branch Mechanic is responsible in providing administrative and technical service to all motorcycle unit customers which include service & repair. He/She shall also be responsible in implementation and administration of promos and activities related to Motorcycle service.

Candidate must be at least high school graduate. Must have technical certification for MC Service in any accredited institution or equivalent or must be able to pass the trade test of the company with approval from authorized manager.

•    Provides technical services in form of repair, troubleshooting and any similar form to all motorcycle unit customers

•    Ensures proper use of service tools and materials in accordance to company policy

•    Responsible for ensuring branch customers will acquire motorcycle service to branch service hubs.

•    Provides recommendations & advices to motorcycle unit users on proper use and troubleshoot of motorcycle

•    Coordinates with Branch Head for all the marketing initiatives for service which includes administration of promos and marketing strategies.

•    Makes sure that all service tools are properly arranged and safeguarded.

•    Maintains cleanliness in service hub and properly disposes waste occur after conducting unit service.

•    Motorcycle Mechanics with NC II Small Engine / Motorcycle Servicing certificate holder

•    With at least 6 months experience in Motorcycle Mechanic activities is an advantage

•    Must be Customer Service oriented, dedicated, and a team player
