I understand and agree that neither MOTORTRADE NATIONWIDE CORP. nor its facilitators. employees. and suppliers and representatives. shall not
have any responsibility or liability in whole or in part for any loss, damage injury to my person or property for any act or omission of any nature whatsoever
which results from or arises out of. prior to, occurs at, or during in connection with my participation in the Learn to Ride Safely Program that i will sign to.
I understand further that by registering at, attending or participating in program. I am fully aware of the possible risks of severe or fatal injury to myself or to
others I shall solely responsible for any injury, loss or damage which i might sustain during the program and be bound by the foregoing and deemed to have
consented and agreed to the same by such registration, attendance, or participation. I sign this document voluntarily with the intent to be legally bound by
it. I have read this document and i understand its contents.
