Job Description
Supervise
execution of monthly sales plan; sets monthly target for cash and installment
sales of motorcycle and other products.
•
Supervise, reviews and
evaluates sales performance of the branch
•
Works for the continuous
improvement of satisfying customers and resolution of their complaints
•
Continuously conducts market
situation survey and submits recommendations as circumstances require;
•
Conducts periodic review of
installment sales territories, to determine restricted areas;
•
Recommends and prepares stock
purchases and requisition, transfer, repair and reconditioning.
ADMINISTRATIVE
•
Checks and verifies periodic
reports of the Cash Custodian and Branch Secretary and to countersign the same
upon satisfaction of their veracity;
•
Conducts daily actual cash
count of undeposited collections before the end of each working day and ensures
it is kept under lock.
•
Sees to it that all documents
for installment sales are completed before and during delivery of unit
•
Ensures that all
tasks/functions are properly carried out and that, orders and memoranda, rules
and regulations, policies and procedures are duly observed by branch personnel,
including;
•
Checks and signs individual
branch employee's Daily Time Records
•
Approves Leave of Absence and
Overtime Work of branch personnel; Imposes and/or coordinates discipline to
erring employees.
•
Reports to the Head Office
matters of importance affecting branch operations, such as irregularities and
mal-practices and submits recommendations as circumstances may require;
•
Recommends hiring and
termination of branch personnel.
•
Trains subordinates with the
dual purpose of improving their present and future performance
Job Qualification
•
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree ,
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
•
Male or Female, 26-40 years old.
•
Graduate of any 4-year Business-related or Accounting-related
course.
•
Must have at least 3 years related work experience gained
from retail, telecommunications, FCMG’s or same nature of industry
•
Required skill(s): planning and delegating, people
management, cash management, SAP Management.
•
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office Tools
•
SAP & LOS Knowledgeable
•
Amenable to do fieldwork from time to time
•
Extend working hours when needed
•
